LAYOUT: This comfortable villa is situated on top of the hills in  a privileged location near Moraira, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area. As we approach the villa, we will be welcomed by its grandeur and beauty, with its impressive architecture and lush green gardens. The interior of the villa is equally impressive, with spacious rooms and quality finishes throughout. The living areas are designed for comfort and relaxation, with large sofas and wide windows that offer stunning views of the surrounding landscape and pool area. The bedrooms are spacious and beautifully furnished with comfortable beds . On  the main level entering to the right, we will have two double bedrooms at our disposal in a corridor right next to the living room and kitchen area. In front of the rooms, we will find a large and comfortable bathroom with a shower at our disposal. 

The third bedroom is a special room  which is accessible by a wooden staircase with a pull-down system. This is a clever and space-saving solution that allows us to access the attic with ease. It is a retractable ladder that can be easily pulled down from the ceiling to provide access to the upper level of the villa . While a pull-down staircase can be a convenient solution for accessing the attic , it may not be the most suitable option for older adults or people with mobility issues. Therefore we recommend this room for children. As soon as we enter the room, we'll be greeted by a cozy atmosphere that is sure to delight us. It offers a small round window to have some outdoor views. The villa also features a modern and fully-equipped kitchen, with everything we need to cook up delicious meals for ourselves and our guests. Wecan enjoy our meals in the elegant dining room, or outside on the terrace, taking in the stunning views and fresh sea air. This terrace is surrounded by large window doors, which can be closed  some colder times of the year without losing the beautiful views whilst having meals. Overall, this comfortable villa with a private pool is the perfect choice for those looking to relax and unwind in a luxurious and tranquil setting.

EXTERIOR: As we approach the villa, we'll notice the ramp leading up to the parking level. This access is wide enough to accommodate  large  vehicles, but has got an important gradual slope to take in account. The pool area  is surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs and a spacious terrace, where we can relax and soak up the sun. The villa also features a range of additional amenities to make our stay more comfortable, such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a barbecue area. Overall, this villa with its private pool located on the side of the hills, is the perfect choice for those looking to relax and unwind in a comfortable and calm setting. A property with amazing views over the Mediterranean sea and Moraira is truly a special and unique place. The stunning beauty of the sparkling blue waters and the rocky coastline create a mesmerizing backdrop that can be enjoyed from every point of view.
