LAYOUT: The villa AMAL has a Mediterranean style and is distributed on two floors connected by an interior and exterior staircase. Entering the villa we have direct access to the living room with three-seater sofas, a coffee table and a television. The kitchen is independent and is equipped with all the necessary elements and appliances to prepare fantastic meals. The dining room is also on the same floor and consists of a table with several chairs and views of the surroundings. On the same floor there are two bedrooms, both with double bed. There are also two bathrooms with a bathtub. Going up the internal stairs from the dining room, we reach the upper floor where we find the third bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub.

EXTERIOR: The villa AMAL is equipped with a covered space in the parking area to park a vehicle. The swimming pool is located on the right side of the villa surrounded by sunbeds and a cozy lounge area to enjoy juicy cocktails and a relaxing moment. In addition, next to this lounge area, we have at our disposal a table with chairs to enjoy with the other guests of the villa, meals outdoors overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the Calalga area. The barbecue area is on the left side of the villa surrounded by a small garden. The upper floor has a large terrace with direct access from the bedroom, with two chairs and a small table, ideal for enjoying a glass of wine while contemplating the sea views from the upper part of the villa.

SITUATION: The villa AMAL has a perfect location, as it is situated in a very quiet street and only 100m walk from the beach of La Calalga and the Ecological Path: a magnificent walk from Calpe to Moraira to do with the family. In addition, there are many entertainment areas such as restaurants and supermarkets located close to La Fossa beach.
