ENERGY CONSUMPTION: The tenant pays a deposit of 15€ / day in advance. At the end of the stay, the exact amount will be calculated with the official invoices of the supply companies and the difference will be returned to the tenant.

Next to the house, just a minute's walk away, is the cliff of La Galera from where you can enjoy spectacular views of the sea and the Peñón de Ifach, symbol of the Costa Blanca. Just 700 meters away are shops, supermarkets and a wide variety of restaurants. A 10-minute walk away is Cala Andragó, famous for its gastronomic offer and its beautiful natural beaches that can be accessed by walking along the coast.

Nature Moraira is located in an exclusive, private gated community with a limited number of houses. It features a large communal swimming pool surrounded by spacious green areas and a communal tennis court, ideal for relaxation and enjoyment in a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere.

Recently renovated and elegantly decorated, the property boasts 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms distributed over two floors, characterized by their spaciousness and brightness. Only friends and family visits are allowed.

More people than its capacity are not allowed to spend the night in the house.
