The home features a large living and dining area with an integrated and fully equipped kitchen that opens to the terrace. There is a master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and en-suite shower room, plus an additional bedroom with 2 single beds and another shower room. High-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV are available free of charge. Enjoy the large covered and furnished terrace with sea views and the artificial grass solarium for sunbathing.
Upon request, the private pool can be heated for an extra charge of €15 per day.
Parties, other celebrations, and access by strangers not included in the reservation are not allowed. Noise disturbance of the neighbors is to be avoided after 10 PM. Groups of travelers under 25 years of age are not allowed.

The location is unique, and the center of Alcalá with its small sandy beach is only a 5-minute drive away. The small fishing village of Alcalá offers all kinds of shopping facilities, a variety of bars and restaurants, and many bathing opportunities on the small sandy beaches and natural swimming pools. A beach promenade with an extensive range of sports and games is particularly suitable for children.
