Optional extras available upon request include air conditioning for €10 per day, a baby crib for €20 per stay, a high chair for €15 per stay, a pushchair for €20 per stay, and extra towels (large for €5, small for €2, and pool for €5). Please request extras in advance so the host can prepare everything. Some must be arranged before arrival.
Each guest must complete a form with their contact details prior to or upon arrival. The properties have a strict occupancy limit, and any unregistered guests may result in cancellation of the booking and eviction of the entire group. Tenerife’s tropical climate means insects (such as cockroaches) may occasionally appear, even in clean and well-maintained homes. This is a normal part of island living. Check-in is from 16:00–22:00, and late check-in fees apply: €20 from 22:00–24:00 and €40 from 24:00–02:00. Please confirm your arrival time in advance and upload ID details before travel to ensure a smooth key handover. Failure to comply with the regulations may result in cancellation of your booking.
