This lovely brand new apartment with a private balcony and communal pool is located in front of the sea and the beach, the port of Badalona. Badalona is located North of Barcelona, in a beautiful area to the left of the Besòs river surrounded by the gorgeous Mediterranean Sea. The apartment is located in a very quiet area, without noise and traffic, with everything you need to really feel at home. Which makes it the perfect place to a enjoy a longer stay near Barcelona, just 5 minutes by train.

The building was constructed in 2022. The apartment is designed in a beautiful contemporary modern style. The living room is bright and chic and well lit by the large glass balcony doors out to the private balcony terrace. From your balcony you can admire views out to your swimming pool and the Sea. There is a comfy sofa for you to relax on after a day at work, at the beach or exploring the stunning city. There is also a large smart TV with satellite channels for you to enjoy your favourite shows and movies.

The kitchen is connected to the living area, the kitchen comes fully equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, kettle, juicer and pots and pans. This space is designed brightly alike the rest of the apartment to give it a clean feel. Besides the kitchen is a table for you to use during meal times.

You will also be able to access many restaurants, bars and cafes in Badalona, within a short walk from the apartment.
