This apartment offers every comfort for a pleasant holiday, such as free Wi-Fi, a small balcony with a table and chairs for two people, a cozy living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with two single beds and another with a double bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub. In the same building, there is a garage with a private space.
Parties, other celebrations, and access of strangers (people not foreseen in the reservation) are not allowed. Noise disturbance of the neighbors is to be avoided after 10 PM. Groups under 20 years of age are not allowed. Occasionally, there may be noise due to construction work.

Just 50 meters from the apartment is the sea with its great and long promenade. Enjoy daily life on the main village square. In the immediate vicinity, you will also find a variety of small shops, restaurants, and bars. Playa San Juan is a local fishing village that is not yet overcrowded but has all the infrastructure. If you don't just want to spend a sun and beach holiday, you will also find a variety of sea and land excursions. Nature and hiking lovers will also find the nearby Teno massif with the famous Masca gorge. Due to its southwestern orientation, it has the best and warmest climate on the island all year round.
