The apartment features a practical living-dining room with an open kitchen, equipped with a dining table for 4, an HD TV, and a sofa bed. The fully equipped American kitchen includes a microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, Italian coffee maker, mixer, water kettle, and toaster. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, washbasin, WC, and mirror. Bedding, towels, an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer are provided. Welcome kitchen amenities include a scouring pad, kitchen cloth, bin bags, washing machine soap, dishwasher, and toilet rolls. Bathroom amenities include hand gel, coffee capsules, and a 1.5l mineral water bottle.
Optional services include a cot for €20 per booking and a baby chair for €5 per booking. Late arrival after 9 pm incurs a supplement of €30, payable in cash upon arrival.
Check-in after 9:00 PM involves a supplement of 30 EUR. This is a non-smoking and no-pets property. No parties are allowed, and guests must not exceed the reserved number of people. Respect for facilities and neighbors, as well as quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM, is expected. Rubbish should not be left in the accommodation.
