The apartment features an open-plan living-dining room with a sloped ceiling and wooden beams, a sofa, HD-TV, dining table, and chairs, with access to a small patio. The fully equipped open kitchen includes an oven, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, blender, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, and electric kettle. The master bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds. The bathroom includes a sink, toilet, bidet, mirror, and shower. Bed linen, towels, an iron, ironing board, and a hairdryer are provided.
Paid add-ons include a supplement of 30 EUR for check-in after 9:00 PM.
No parties are allowed. No smoking is permitted. No pets are allowed, except for officially certified emotional support animals, which are subject to an additional cost and prior verification. No more people than indicated in the booking are allowed. Please be responsible, respectful, and maintain good conduct towards all facilities and neighbors. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. Please dispose of rubbish in the street bins.
Check-in after 21:00 incurs a supplement of 30 EUR.
