This welcoming duplex combines comfort, convenience, and beautiful outdoor spaces. It features two comfortable double bedrooms, a full bathroom, and an additional guest toilet. The bright and cozy interiors are designed for a relaxing stay. The spacious living room includes a comfortable sofa and a dining area, creating a bright open atmosphere perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a small oven and stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, and cooking essentials and dining equipment. One of the highlights is the scenic private rooftop terrace with beautiful sea and mountain views, ideal for morning coffee, sunbathing, sunset drinks, or outdoor dining.
Portable air conditioning is available for an extra cost of €10 per day. Fans are available upon request. A baby cot/crib is available upon request for an extra cost of €20 per stay. A high chair is available for €15 per stay, and a pushchair is available for €20 per stay. Extra towels can be rented with large towels for €5, small towels for €2, and pool towels for €5. Guests enjoy use of the communal pool and shared complex amenities.
Late check-in fees apply: from 22:00 to 24:00, there is a €20 fee, and from 24:00 to 02:00, there is a €40 fee. Guests enjoy full access to the entire apartment, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the private terrace. Prior to or upon arrival, each guest must complete a form with their contact details. Tenerife’s tropical climate means insects may occasionally appear, even in clean and well-maintained homes. This is a normal part of island living and not considered a maintenance issue. Check-in is from 16:00 to 22:00. Please confirm your arrival time in advance. Online pre check-in is available to upload ID details before travel to ensure a smooth key handover. The property is located in an active tourist destination. From time to time, there may be temporary public or private works in the surrounding area, which can result in some external noise during legal working hours.

The duplex is ideally situated close to everything you need, with Playa de Ajabo beach within walking distance. Restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets are only 5 minutes away. Los Cristianos & Playa de las Américas are approximately 15–20 minutes by car. There is easy access to public transportation for exploring the island.
