SPLENDID VILLA WITH VIEWS TO THE HILLS AND PRIVATE POOL, LOCATED IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA). Maximum 8 people.

LAYOUT: Splendid two-storey villa with views of the valley and Mount Oltá in Calpe. Upon entering, the hall gives way to a very bright space formed by the living room, and next to it you will find a courtesy toilet. The large windows let the light in and offer a magnificent view of the surroundings of the villa. The living room has two three-seater sofas, a coffee table and a television, as well as a dining room with capacity for all the guests, ideal for sharing lunch and dinner all together; the terrace opens onto a cosy space with open views, perfect for the first morning coffee. On the same floor you will find the kitchen, practical and fully equipped to prepare dishes with total comfort. Going down the stairs from the living room, you access the bedrooms located on the ground floor. The first bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub and access to the terrace with swimming pool. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each and a bathroom with a shower between them. At the end of the corridor is the last bedroom with a double bed. On this same level is the laundry room.

OUTSIDE: The entrance of the property has a parking space to park two cars either under the porch or outdoors. The pool is located in the lower part of the villa, as well as a large terrace which offers beautiful views of the pine forest of Calpe. The sun loungers around the pool invite us to sunbathe and enjoy the mild climate that the Costa Blanca has throughout the year. For the enjoyment of outdoor meals, the terrace has a covered area with a dining room and awning.

LOCATION: This villa is located just 5 minutes by car from Calpe's long sandy beach (Arenal-Bol) with a promenade where you can enjoy bars, beach bars and restaurants. Also located 5 minutes by car from the charming old town of Calpe, with many shops and traditional restaurants.
