This unique loft-style apartment in the Barceloneta area is close to the beach and perfect for a group of four people. The design presents a mixture of Spanish architecture with a touch of modern, featuring open-faced brick walls and light, open spaces.

The kitchen area is compact, modern and well equipped with a fridge freezer, stove and microwave oven, although there is no main oven. Pots, pans, glasses, crockery and cutlery are all provided. There is a dining table and chairs providing seating for four people.

There is one bedroom, adjacent to the living room. Two more people can sleep upstairs in single beds for more privacy.

The quaint bathroom has tiled floors and walls with a walk-in shower and washing machine/dryer.

This apartment is also equipped with air conditioning and heating, making it very comfortable all year round.
