The apartment has a terrace with beautiful views of the ocean, the Anfi del Mar hotel and spectacular sunsets. It also consists of a bright living room, separate kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, all recently renovated.

Close to service areas such as taxi rank, restaurants, gym, and a few minutes by car from the beach.

** To reserve the property, the initial payment of € 350 deposit will be necessary (to be returned in legal terms, after having delivered the property to the owner, as long as the condition of the property is the same as at the time of delivery to the tenant and that the conditions of the rental contract are fulfilled), plus one month of the agency's fees with its corresponding IGIC.
