LAYOUT: The recently built SOL INVICTO villa is distributed over two floors. We access the property through an entrance that gives access to the fully open American kitchen with a wooden table with capacity for all guests. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment to prepare delicious meals. To our right, at the entrance, is the dining room. An open space consisting of a chaise longue sofa with capacity for seven guests and an armchair along with a coffee table and a flat screen television. In this same space, there is the dining room with access to the outside terrace. The dining room is made up of a wooden table and has enough capacity for all the guests of the villa. Adjacent to the living room is a courtesy bathroom. The stairs lead us to the ground floor where all the rooms are located. All are made up of a double bed each. Three of the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with shower, one of them also has a bathtub. In the corridor that connects to the rooms there is a bathroom with a shower.

EXTERIOR: Upon entering the property, we have access to the uncovered parking, with space for several two vehicles. The villa has three different outdoor spaces. The first is a terrace located on the upper floor with an outdoor wooden dining table and a chill out area where we can have a drink while we contemplate the wonderful views of the sea. The terrace on the ground floor is the largest, since it has a pergola with an outdoor dining table and chairs along with a barbecue. A large chill out area with sofas and armchairs will be at our disposal to sunbathe and share an aperitif with family or friends. Finally, on the ground floor is the pool with several sun loungers around it to enjoy a swim and relax in complete privacy.

SITUATION: Villa Sol Invicto is located in one of the best areas of the Costa Blanca. It is very close to the sea and a few minutes walk from all amenities: restaurants, supermarkets and activities in the charming town of Moraira.
