LAY OUT: This nice modern style villa has three floors. We access to the house through the first floor, where we will find a spacious suite with double bed, its private bathroom and a terrace from where we can enjoy the sea views as well as the views to the natural park of the Peñón de Ifach. On this level we also have one more nice bedroom with two single beds as wall as another bathroom. As we get down to the lower level across the magnificent staircase we arrive to the spacious and bright living/eating room with its beautiful equipped American kitchen. There are some very comfortable sofas, a big table with its chairs. The kitchen is equipped with the highest quality white goods and electrical devices so that you can cook any meal in an easy and comfortable way. It has been very tastefully decorated in a very modern style, this open space is plenty of light and it accesses to the swimming pool. Very original and with a triangle shape, the swimming pool invites us to relax and enjoy the sun on the existing sunbeds. From the living room we can access the apartment on the bottom floor. It counts with two beautiful bedrooms (one with double bed and one withe two single beds), a bathroom, a living room with sofa bed for two people and an American kitchen. That private area makes the place very attractive and independent.

EXTERIOR: When we access to the plot we have a large uncovered parking area. The big terrace where the private swimming pool is, allows us to enjoy every minute of the day thanks to the warm Costa Blanca climate. The outside furniture is perfect to share meals or very grateful moments. On a lower level there is a garden with many trees and shrubs that gives the property a fresh and natural feeling.

LOCATION: This lovely villa is located in a very quiet residential area, in contact with the nature for us to disconnect and enjoy at the same time. In just 2 minutes driving we arrive to the lovely village of Moraira where we can enjoy its sandy beaches, bars and restaurants. This is a perfect location, quiet and close to the nearest Mediterranean village.
