There is a private 12 x 6 metres swimming pool in front of the villa. Around this pool there are several sunbeds where we can enjoy from sunny days and lovely warm nights of the Costa Blanca. There is a built-in barbecue on the right of the villa and by the swimming pool there is a covered terrace that faces the house. The access to the plot is through a sliding fence from where we have an access to the covered parking.

LOCATION: This amazing property is placed at the famous and exclusive area of El Portet of Moraira, a very quiet and sunny spot. There is a very nice boulevard from here to the town centre with stunning sea views. There are only 3 kilometres to Moraira and all amenities and services.
