Upon entering the property, we enter the hall. From this point, we can access the room that is on our right. It is made up of a table with several chairs. This space is also shared with the living room consisting of a four-seater sofa together with two small raffia stools. There is also a wooden coffee table, a television. From this space we can go out to the covered and glazed terrace. In this space there is a dining table suitable for all the guests of the villa as two armchairs to be able to relax and enjoy the views of the countryside and the pool. In the other part of the hall, are the two bedrooms and the kitchen. This is equipped with all the necessary elements for the preparation of magnificent meals. The two bedrooms are made up of a double bed. On this same floor we will find a bathroom with a shower for common use and a toilet. Going up the stairs, we will find the third bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with an en suite shower room. This room has a terrace with stunning views of the pool, garden, sea and Peñón de Ifach.

EXTERIOR: The entrance and access to the property are impressive. ALMA DEL MAR is located in a quiet area, surrounded by nature. The landscape is divided between the sea and the countryside. Upon entering the property, we have access to the surrounding park. A stone path will take us to the main door where we can park several vehicles. To our right, we will access the private pool surrounded by sun loungers to enjoy the sun and the Mediterranean climate. There is also a barbecue area for preparing and sharing meals. The large garden is made up of plants and trees typical of the Costa Blanca region, with a leisure area to enjoy a football game.

SITUATION: The ALMA DEL MAR villa offers calm and tranquility in nature and magnificent views of the sea. It is located a few minutes by car from CALPE, with its restaurants, beaches and water activities.
