The studio consists of a rest area, a bathroom, a living room and an equipped kitchen with stunning views of the sea. It is rented fully furnished and equipped, including the oven, washer and dryer.

Close to service areas such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, taxi rank, bus and a step away from the beach.

** To reserve the property, the initial payment of 2 month(s) of deposit will be necessary (to be returned in legal terms, after having delivered the property to the owner, as long as its condition is the same as at the time of its delivery to the tenant and that the conditions of the rental contract are complied with).
