Our agency offers for rent a charming duplex located in a quiet complex. It has a large community pool located next to the duplex.

It is available from the month of September to June 24, 2024. The rental price includes water, electricity and Internet costs. Pets are not allowed. Maximum two people.

It is distributed on two floors. On the ground floor there is a terrace with a chill-out area and a spacious living room with kitchen. On the ground floor we find a balcony with views of the garden, a bedroom and a bathroom.

Close to service areas such as bus stop, taxi, shops, shopping center, highway and a few minutes from the beach.

** To reserve the property, the initial payment of 1 month of deposit will be necessary (to be returned in legal terms, after having delivered the property to the owner, as long as its condition is the same as at the time of its delivery to the tenant and that the conditions of the rental contract are complied with).
