The apartment opens onto a spacious entry hall from which all the rooms can be accessed. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a large tv and a dining table for 4 people. The exposed brick wall adds an industrial element, contrasting against the beautiful wooden floor and the light walls and ceiling. Overall, the space is very open, warm and welcoming, perfect for spending time with loved ones. The nearby kitchen is modern and comes fully equipped with high quality appliances.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, both with light walls and wooden floors. The master bedroom is a good size with a large, comfortable bed, interesting artwork and plenty of storage space. The location of the apartment is excellent. Situated in the north of Raval, it is a short walk from many of Barcelona’s most iconic sites, including Plaça de Catalunya, La Rambla, the Catedral de Barcelona and the harbour. There are plenty of supermarkets, shops and restaurants in the surrounding area, which is full of character.
The extras are 20€ per week for 2 hours of cleaning + 100€ for the final cleaning + the consumption of electricity, gas, water and Internet / telephone per invoice.
