Our agency offers for rent a cozy bungalow located in a quiet complex, close to the service areas.
It is rented preferably for long stay. Pets are not allowed and it is for a maximum of 2 people. All expenses are included in the price.

The complex has a communal pool for adults-children, solarium and garden areas.

The ground floor consists of a large sunny chill-out terrace, bright living room, equipped american kitchen and a toilet. The upper floor consists of a balcony overlooking the complex, a bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom.

Close to service areas such as bus stop, taxi, supermarket, shopping center, restaurants and a few minutes drive from the beach.

** To reserve the property it will be necessary the initial payment of one month of deposit (to be returned in legal terms, after having delivered the house to the owner, as long as the state of it is the same as at the time of its delivery to the tenant and that the conditions of the rental contract are met), plus one month of the agency's fees with its corresponding IGIC.
