This newly-modernised 2 bedroom house is located in the heart of Nerja, just a stone's throw away from the shops, bars and restaurants in this wonderful resort. There is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a double sofa bed in the lounge and two bathrooms with capacity for 6 guests.  

The house is deceptively spacious inside and even has a small private pool at the rear of the building, a rarity in buildings so centrally located. Guests staying at this property can enjoy being within very short walking distance of the town and beaches.

The accommodation is equipped with the following facilities:

Inside: Fully air-conditioned (also heats in the cooler months) Internet (Wi-Fi), iron, safe, hair dryer, TV with satellite channels (languages: Spanish, English, German, French), cot and high chair.

The pool measures 4.5 x 3.5 metres with a depth of 1 metre at the shallow end and 1.7 metres at the deep end.

In the open-plan kitchen the facilities include refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.

The property has one bathroom with bath/shower and wc and one with shower cubicle and wc.

Both bedrooms have an air conditioning unit to help you sleep more comfortably at night.

The apartment is situated in a safe, family-friendly neighborhood and is suitable for families and couples alike.

A car is recommended for visitors to the property, however the apartment's convenient location, close to all the amenities in Nerja, means that it's quite possible to enjoy your stay here without a car. We have an arrangement with a friendly local taxi driver who offers a competitively-priced airport transfer if required.

Please note - Electricity charges are not included in the rental price; the price for each unit of electricity will be agreed during the booking process. The owner will provide you with the initial meter reading on arrival, monthly meter readings thereafter and a final reading on the day of departure. Water rates are included in the rental price.

Winter availability is from November to February, other months could be also possible. Winter prices may vary slightly from month to month.
