Electricity consumption is limited to a standard use of the property as a holiday villa - the permitted kilowatt consumption will be agreed with the owner during the booking process as well as the rate for any extra units of electricity consumed. The owner will provide you with the initial meter reading on arrival and monthly meter readings thereafter. He will inform you if the consumption is higher than the monthly amount included.
