This lovely bungalow is located in the Santa Fé complex, a quiet and well-maintained residential complex on Avenida de Gran Canaria in Playa del Inglés, with all amenities nearby (shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants, public transport, etc.), and the beach just a short walk away.
The bungalow is on a corner, offering easy access from the street. Upon entering, we are greeted with a large garden and terrace that surrounds the entire property. Inside, there is a bright living room with a dining area and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar (ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, extractor fan, etc.), a bedroom with a double bed and large built-in wardrobes, and a bathroom with a shower.
The outdoor space features a covered dining area with a pergola, sun loungers, and areas for washing and storage. It is offered with Wi-Fi internet, TV, cutlery and kitchenware, small appliances, linen, and everything you need for a comfortable seasonal stay.
The complex is very centrally located, with beautiful gardens and several swimming pools, and there is also free outdoor parking on the surrounding streets.
Conditions:
- Maximum occupancy: 2 people.
- No pets allowed.
- Water, electricity, and internet are included in the rental price.
- 1 month's deposit.
- 1 month's agency fee.
